Virtual Factory Tour
All of our shirts are produced by hand in our extensive, 150 square foot facility.
After your order is received, production begins in our cutting department:

The fabric you have selected is placed on the cutting table along with the pattern, and cut. When required,
we make a pattern to match your specific measurements. We don't "stack up" shirts to save cutting time
-- each shirt is individually produced.
Once the fabric is cut, it goes to the sewing department, where your shirt is actually produced:

Each shirt is individually sewn, one at a time by a master craftsman.
Once completed, your shirt goes to our warehouse and shipping department:

Here, completed shirts are ready for shipment. Our Information Technologies department can be seen in the mirror.
Yes, it's small. We're not trying to make the best mass-produced shirts available. We're trying to produce the
best Aloha Shirt available, made by hand, one at a time.
